Arcachon oysters are reputed to be the best in France.
You can try them right here, in the brightly-coloured cabins so beautifully strewn along the coastline of the Bay. 

You will not escape the famous specialty : the Arcachon Bay oysters as you enjoy directly in oyster huts, feet in the water, on the edge of the Basin. Beautiful tables strew the Arcachon basin, with land and sea gastronomy that does not forget duck's "foie-gras" and confit. Bordeaux wines are legion in the region, you will find some very good one. Many specialties that can be enjoyed on site or bring to your mobile home or your cottage.
